Staying here was a fantastic choice because it was an easy walk to the Duomo in about 20 minutes, and being in a local neighborhood let us enjoy authentic Italian dining spots just a few steps away, making our mornings and evenings nice.

It is located in the centre of the city.

Thoroughly enjoyed our large and air conditioned rooms in this place.

Everything was great and met the purpose. Wonderful hotel with good wi-fi, the location was awesome in the city centre.

Fantastic staff. Receptionist Jasmin greeted us with a warm smile, giving great advice on local spots. The breakfast selection amazed me every morning, so much variety that it took time to choose. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the Duomo from the balcony. Air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool during the warm nights. Convenient location allowed easy access to the city center, about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo. The soundproofing didn't meet expectations. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which sometimes interrupted my sleep. Despite that, we enjoyed the local neighborhood atmosphere with fewer tourists around, and several great dining options were just a short walk away.

We liked being there. The daily breakfast was large with coffee machines and melon and parma ham. The location was good and absolutely perfect, the staff were amicable! You can find Il Vecchio e il Mare around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel to a have lunch.

Friendly staff and clean facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of adequate soundproofing in the rooms, made sleeping quite difficult. I also found the bed too soft and lacking in support, leading to discomfort during the night. Lastly, while expecting a decent Wi-Fi connection, we were disappointed by its weakness in our room, forcing us to go to the reception to get a reliable signal.

I had a delightful stay with a great breakfast variety that made mornings special, but the quality of the towels could be improved. Definitely would return!

Very thin walls, the hearing is terrible.

The location was good for Florence, just next door to the main square, and Florence in the future. The breakfast was great with Italian coffee from an instant machine, all the food was fab.
